The SMART openGear® Media Delivery Platform is a four-channel auto-sense 12G, 3G/HD/SD-SDI-over-IP multifunction gateway for use with openGear® frames, thus providing flexibility and operational simplicity.
The Platform offers greater port density and utilization of 1 Gig Ethernet or 10 Gig Ethernet trunks. Four user video ports can be independently bridged across 1Gig Ethernet or 10 Gig Ethernet trunk ports with or without user defined VLAN’s.

Functionality of the platform may be added to or upgraded via software download. The flexibility of function capabilities in the SMART openGear®  Platform allows for a seamless transition as the end user’s network evolves.

  • Four channels of JPEG2000 Video-Over-IP
  • JPEG-XS
  • Two 1GigE/10 GigE data trunks
  • Two SFP+ spares for future use

The Fiberlink 3312 is a 12G SDI optical extender for high resolution 4K video for broadcast applications.

The FiberLink 3312 is a compact, but powerful fiber optic link capable of extending high resolution video for 4K broadcast applications.

It can extend signals from 270 Mbps to 12 Gbps up to 10 km on a single SM fiber and meets SMPTE SDI standards maintaining error free transmission of SMPTE 424M, 297M, 292M, 259M, 2081, 2082 and ASI over the entire 10 km distance.

Additionally, the Fiberlink 3312 provides error free transmission with RP-198 pathological patterns. The units are built with a solid stand-alone compact enclosure with mounting flanges, making it the perfect solution for OB trucks, remote broadcast or any other application that might need a “throw down”, wall mount or shelf mounted fiber optic link. The units include 12 VDC, lA power supplies and have a mini-­XLR locking power connector for a more secure connection.

The ARQ IP Streaming System is available as a 1RU rackmount or a small compact unit. The 1RU can be fitted with our Carrier Class Ethernet switch and include SNMP and DVB-ASI. The larger unit has a capacity of 800Mb/s and the compact a capacity of 80Mb/s, all spread over an infinite number of channels.

The InfinityLink utilizes a common set of externally accessible, SFP, SFP+, and XFP optical and electrical IOs that are both an optical transmitter and wide band receiver and feature standard LC connectors. For ease of deployment and sparing, InfinityLink SFPs are designed to be compatible across virtually the entire platform.

Artel designed the InfinityLink to be the most easily deployed and maintained fiber optic transport system ever developed. This included designing the system with a common set of externally installed SFP/XFP optics that are available in 1310 nm, 1550 nm, 18 CWDM, and 40 DWDM channels and include a wide band optical receiver. This enables a variety of flexible deployments with significantly less stocked optical components. Compatibility with InfinityLink, MegaWav, and other ITU G694 standard multiplexers allows creation of flexible fiber efficient optical networks.

The Fiberlink 3518 series supports 4 channels of independent, bidirectional 3G/HD/SD-SDI or DVB-ASI, with or without embedded audio and data, and transmits it over one single mode fiber. Now, you can send two 3G/HD/SD-SDI signals upstream and two 3G/HD/SD-SDI signals downstream!

All SMPTE compliant signals are equalized and reclocked. Each unit features two reclocked, non-inverting BNC outputs. The 3518 Series is compliant with SMPTE 259M-2006, 292-2006, 424M-2006, 305M-2005, 310M-2004, 344M-2000 and DVB-ASI. The series is immune to pathological patterns over entire link budget and operating temperature range. Units are configured with ST optical connectors.
