The DL4000 is a new generation universal video over fiber optics transport system designed specifically for backhaul and contribution applications. A compact, rugged, modular chassis, the DL4000 combines the space efficiency of a 1RU chassis with the flexibility of multi-module systems. The platform features four hot-swappable function modules and dual hot-swappable power supplies in a single rack unit of space. The initial product release includes the DL4000 chassis, AC and DC power supplies, a Multi-Function, Multi-Rate Digital Video Transport Module, a 270Mb/s Digital Video Transport Module, WDM, and CWDM optical multiplexers.
